5. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid features are offered through subscription plans.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until cancellation.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Service Availability
Flowlytics aims to provide continuous availability, but the service may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

Flowlytics is not responsible for any loss arising from service downtime or interruptions.

7. Liability
Flowlytics is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Flowlytics is not liable for business decisions, losses, or damages that result from the use of AI-generated content or research insights
Flowlytics is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

You agree to indemnify and hold Flowlytics harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
