Start a new project the right way

Use discovery to create a grounded project foundation before anything else unlocks.

What this helps with: Set up a project cleanly so every downstream method has the right context.

What happens first

Every new project begins in discovery. The project stays locked there until the system has enough grounded information to support research.

The project starts in an in-discovery state.
Research methods do not unlock while discovery is incomplete.
The wider workspace stays closed until the project foundation is strong enough.

What discovery should capture

The goal is not speed. The goal is a complete project foundation that tells Flowlytics what kind of project this is and what the system should optimize for.

Project setup: product name, description, and direct competitors.
Objective: what decision you are trying to make and what success looks like.
Problem and users: who is affected, where friction happens, and why it matters.
Scope and constraints: what is in scope, out of scope, and limited by reality.

What happens next

Once the foundation is complete, Flowlytics moves you into the live workspace with a locked starting context the rest of the system can use.

The project is created from the approved discovery foundation.
That foundation feeds the problem statement, method inputs, and strategy surfaces.
From there you can move into research and evidence collection.
